We house a micro-CT in vivo scanner, as well as a micro-CT specimen scanner. The in vivo scanner allows for high-throughput micro-computed tomography scanning for in vivo imaging of small animals in a variety of applications. From the images, quantitative measurements of anatomy can be obtained for bone, body composition, tumours, vessels, and organs. The specimen scanner allows for non-invasive high-resolution 3D imaging of specimens up to 100 mm in diameter and 160 mm in length.
